The Entrepreneur Program is a specialized initiative designed to help women entrepreneurs and founders of AI-driven startups at both the idea and MVP stages develop and scale their products. It provides structured workshops, mentorship, and networking opportunities to prepare startups for funding and growth.
The Idea-Stage program focuses on teams with an AI concept but no functional product, helping them create an MVP and initial pitch deck. The MVP-Stage program is for startups with a working MVP, concentrating on refining product-market fit, scaling strategies, and investor outreach.
The program is open to women entrepreneurs and founders of AI startups. The Idea-Stage program welcomes teams with a well-defined AI-powered idea, while the MVP-Stage program is suited for startups with a functional MVP and early traction.
We welcome startups from the Benelux countries to apply.
The program offers a hybrid format. Key workshops, pitch sessions, and Demo Days are conducted in person to maximize interaction and feedback, while other sessions may be hosted online. Also, our workshops are usually in the evening time.
Offline events will most likely be held in either Amsterdam or Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
No, there will be no recordings. Studies show that 46% of students are more likely to miss class if a recorded lecture is available. Additionally, experience from other educational programs suggests participants engage more actively without the option to watch sessions later. To ensure full participation and help you get the most out of each workshop, we do not provide recordings.
Both the Idea-Stage and MVP-Stage programs run for 10 weeks. Each program includes weekly workshops, mentorship, and in-person events for networking and pitch preparation.
The full program fee is €200 (VAT not included). VAT is added for individual participants, and companies can request an invoice for VAT deduction. The tickets are non-refundable.
The program price covers all online events, so you can invite your co-founder to join these at no extra cost. However, if your co-founder wishes to attend offline events, please purchase an additional ticket. This helps cover costs such as drinks and snacks during offline meetings and ensures commitment to the program.
Yes, attendance is mandatory for Demo Day, and startups are expected to attend at least 90% of the workshops to receive certification.

For the MVP-Stage program:
Demo Day serves as a launchpad for your startup to present to investors, industry leaders, and potential partners. After Demo Day, you’ll have strategies in place for follow-ups and continuing growth.
While the Women in AI Benelux Mentorship Program focuses on long-term, one-on-one mentor-mentee relationships, mentorship in the Entrepreneur Program is integrated into the 10-week structure with a startup-focused approach.
