Anitha’s story begins in India, where she earned a master’s degree in microelectronics and spent over eight years as an assistant professor, mentoring and shaping the minds of future engineers. In 2019, her journey took a new turn when she relocated to the Netherlands with her family. Transitioning from academia to the job market was not without its challenges, but Anitha embraced this change as an opportunity for growth.
Her curiosity and determination to explore new avenues led her to found Senergetics, a Dutch-based company that is making waves in the global processing industry. This leap into entrepreneurship underscores Anitha’s resilience and passion for using technology to drive meaningful change.
